Lebanese style beef kebabs called Kafta are made with ground beef, seasoned with some Middle Eastern spices, made into an oblong shape and then grilled. They are super favourful, juicy and a perfect addition to your Eid menu.
This Middle Eastern dish is made with a combination of parsley, yellow onions, sumac, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves along with some other spices and herbs.
These kebabs are hearty, delicious and go with a variety of options. You can make a shawarma with them or serve alongside Lebanese rice or Batata Harra (Lebanese Spicy Potatoes). They go so well with Fattoush or a simple garlic sauce too.

I am a corn-fed, white boy American but the family I love and work for is Lebanese. We are all considered family because of Arab tradition, trust and respect for one another. When I told my little sister Maysam that I wanted to start making Lebanese foods at home here in Ohio, she about soiled her pants and gave me the biggest hug EVER!!! Thank you for an easy to understand, and follow recipe that anyone can make 🙂
